Trampolines for kids
When a trampoline is mainly for children, safety details matter more than size or price. A fully enclosed, integrated safety net, generously sized edge padding over the springs, and ideally a self-closing entrance are the details we highlight on this page. We've filtered for trampolines that, based on available specifications, count as kid-friendly, though it's still important to read the product sheet and manual yourself before buying.

Beyond the enclosure and padding, maximum weight and certifications are useful clues. A lower weight limit restricts how many children can jump at once, while certifications such as EN71-14 show that a recognised standard has been followed. Always supervise children, limit the number of jumpers according to the manufacturer's guidance, and anchor the trampoline securely, particularly if it will stay outside over winter.
Quick answer
No model currently meets every requirement for this list: we only rank trampolines sold in the UK with enough technical data. The list fills automatically once retailer product feeds are connected.
How we picked
For children we weight safety more heavily than in the main list. The data comes from manufacturers; we have not tested the models ourselves.
No trampoline replaces supervision. Always follow the manufacturer's advice on age, weight and number of jumpers.
Criteria for this list
- Integrated safety net (a sealed one earns more safety points), edge padding of at least 20 mm and no known open entrance.
- Sold in the UK and at least 50% known data.
- Ranked with the kids profile: safety 40%, value 25%, durability 15%, performance 10%, ease 10%.
The list
The order weights safety more heavily (Kids preset). Scores are the same as on the product pages.
No models are ranked yet. We never pad the list with models that do not meet the requirements.
Matching models, not yet ranked
These models match the list criteria but lack enough data. They are sorted by how complete their data is and are not a ranking.

Frequently asked questions
- Which trampoline is safest for children?
- We cannot name the safest without our own tests. Look for a sealed net with a safety belt, thick edge padding, a self-closing entrance and a stated safety standard.
- From what age can children jump?
- Manufacturers often state a minimum age in the manual. Where it is missing we show n/a. Young children should always jump supervised and one at a time.
- Why are some models shown unranked?
- They match the criteria but lack enough data. We rank them once the data exists.
